Juventus linked with Ivorian-Italian midfielder Franck Kessie
Ivorian-Italian midfielder Franck Kessie, currently without a club after leaving Al-Ahli, has been linked with a move to Juventus in Serie A.
The 29-year-old is valued at €12m, while the reported likelihood of a move to the Turin club is 54%. No transfer fee or contract terms have been reported.
Kessie became a free agent after departing Al-Ahli on 1 July 2026, having spent three seasons with the Saudi Pro League side. He joined the club from Barcelona in August 2023 in a deal worth €12.5m.
The central midfielder was part of Al-Ahli’s AFC Champions League-winning team in 2024-25 and helped them retain the trophy in 2025-26. He also won the Saudi Super Cup last season, scoring three goals in the competition.
Kessie featured prominently for Ivory Coast at the 2026 World Cup, starting all four of the team’s possible matches and scoring once. He played 96% of the available minutes and received one yellow card.
He previously won Serie A with AC Milan in 2021-22 and La Liga with Barcelona in 2022-23. Across his career, Kessie has made 204 Serie A appearances, scoring 41 goals and providing 16 assists.
His current status leaves him available for a potential return to Italy, where Juventus are the club currently linked with his next move.
