Italian Serie A giants Juventus are interested in signing Ivorian midfielder Ibrahim Sangare.

The club is reportedly planning to bid to secure the services of the strong midfielder this summer.

With transfer talks ongoing between Juventus and Nottingham Forest over Douglas Luiz, the English club’s top midfield target, the Bianconeri are exploring alternative reinforcements. Although a verbal agreement has been reached with Forest, the Italian side continues to insist on a €40 million fee for the Brazilian.

Now, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Ibrahim Sangaré has emerged as a serious option for Juventus.

The 27-year-old, currently at Nottingham Forest, is valued at around €30 million and fits the profile preferred by head coach Igor Tudor.

Sangaré has featured in 17 matches across all competitions this past season, providing three assists. After a challenging stint in the Premier League, the Ivorian is reportedly keen to reignite his career with a fresh start in Italy.
