JS Kairouanaise have solidified their lead at the top of Ligue 2 Group B following the conclusion of Matchday 23 and a key ruling by the National Professional Football League on the contested fixture between Stade Gabésien and AS Kasserine.
With the league campaign approaching its decisive phase, Kairouan sit in pole position with 47 points from 23 matches, holding a three-point advantage over nearest challengers AS Kasserine, who remain on 44 points.
OC Kerkennah are not far behind, maintaining pressure on the top two with 41 points.
The recent ruling on the Stade Gabésien–AS Kasserine encounter has further clarified the standings, impacting the promotion race as well as mid-table battles.
