Joshua Zirkzee transfer: Juventus consider move for Manchester United striker

Joshua Zirkzee, the Dutch-Nigerian forward at Manchester United, has been linked with a move to Juventus in Serie A.

Zirkzee joined United from Bologna on 14 July 2024 in a deal worth €42.5m. The 25-year-old’s current market value is listed at €20m, while his contract at Old Trafford runs until 30 June 2029.

A return to Italy would take Zirkzee back to the league where he established himself with Bologna. He made 57 Serie A appearances, scoring 13 goals and providing seven assists, before leaving for the Premier League.

His strongest recorded league return came in Belgium, where he scored 15 goals in 32 Jupiler Pro League appearances during his time with Anderlecht. He was also named Bologna’s best young player in 2024.

Zirkzee began his senior career with Bayern Munich and was part of the club’s Champions League-winning squad in 2019-20. He also won two German league titles and a German Cup with Bayern.

The Juventus interest remains at the rumour stage, with no transfer fee or agreement reported. Zirkzee remains a Manchester United player under a long-term contract.
