Joshua Guilavogui, having faced limited playing time at Atletico Madrid, has decided to return to the Red Cauldron of Saint-Etienne on loan. The midfielder expressed his gratitude towards his coach for facilitating his return to the green jerseys.

ASSE holds a special place in my heart; it’s where I truly flourished. Upon my return, I immediately felt the warmth and affection that the club has always shown me. It’s an exciting challenge, and I’m eager to reunite with my teammates and experience the atmosphere at the Geoffroy-Guichard stadium, especially with the new stand. I’m determined to contribute positively to the team. Although my playing time at Atletico was not as extensive as I had hoped, I believe I’ve made significant progress during my first six months there,” expressed the French international.
Guilavogui aims to secure regular playing time at Saint-Etienne in the months leading up to the Brazilian World Cup, where he aspires to represent his nation on the grand stage.
