Joseph Lopy makes Italian move with Imperia switch

Senegalese-French midfielder Joseph Lopy has joined Italian club Imperia, completing a move to the Serie D – A side after being without a club.

The 34-year-old arrives as a central midfielder and brings experience to an Imperia squad competing in Italy’s fourth tier. Lopy’s move was completed on 14 August 2026.

With dual Senegalese and French nationality, Lopy now begins his next chapter in Italian football. He has joined Imperia as the club’s latest addition in Serie D – A.
