According to France Football, José Mourinho has reclaimed his position as the highest-paid coach in the world, earning around 17 million euros annually since his return to Chelsea. This places him ahead of Pep Guardiola, who receives 15 million euros as the coach of Bayern Munich, and Roberto Mancini, who earns 14 million euros at Galatasaray.
Carlo Ancelotti, who was on the podium last year, has moved to fourth place but still earns 13.5 million euros annually after his move to Real Madrid. Fabio Capello rounds out the top five with an annual salary of 12 million euros.
Arsène Wenger represents the first French coach on the list, ranking 7th with earnings of 9.6 million euros. Laurent Blanc of PSG follows further down the list, coming in at 19th place with an annual salary of 4.2 million euros.
