Jordi Mboula: Spain-Congo winger linked with move to Greek side Kifisia
Spain-Congo winger Jordi Mboula, currently without a club, is being linked with a move to Greek Super League 1 outfit Kifisia.
The 27-year-old, who left HN FC on 2 July 2026, is available as a free agent and is understood to be on the radar of the Athens-based club as they look to strengthen their wide options ahead of the new campaign. Mboula’s current market value is listed at around €500,000, making him a potentially low-cost addition for a side operating outside Europe’s top five leagues.
Mboula has accumulated significant experience across Europe despite his age, including spells in LaLiga with RCD Mallorca and Serie A with Hellas Verona. His most sustained impact has come in Spain’s Segunda Division, where he has made more than 100 appearances, and he was part of SD Huesca’s squad that won the Spanish second tier in 2019-20.
The Granollers-born attacker first emerged as a standout talent in the UEFA Youth League, scoring 12 goals in 14 appearances and finishing as the competition’s top scorer in 2016-17 while at Barcelona’s academy. That early form earned him a move to Monaco and subsequent loans in Belgium and Portugal before a series of transfers around Europe.
Kifisia, competing in Greece’s top flight, are expected to target players with international experience and versatility in attack, and Mboula’s background in the Super League with a previous Greek stint, as well as his exposure to the UEFA Champions League with Monaco, fits that profile.
For now, Mboula remains unattached following his departure from HN FC, leaving him free to negotiate terms with Kifisia or any other interested club.
