Celtic FC manager Brendan Rodgers is confident Jeffery Schlupp will be an important addition to his side.
The Ghana international joined the Scottish side on transfer deadline day on Monday on loan from Crystal Palace until the end of the season.
After joining the Scottish behemoth, Schlupp expressed his readiness to aid the club win more trophies and Rodgers believes Schlupp’s addition can help his team do exactly that.
“I am really pleased that we have been able to bring Jeffrey to the club,” he said.
“He is a fantastic guy, someone with real high-level experience and with great attributes including power, pace and versatility.
“I know that he can be a really important addition to our squad this season,” he added.
Schlupp made 16 appearances in all competitions for Crystal Palace before completing his loan move to Celtic.
