Paris FC forward Jean-Philippe Krasso continued his impressive start to the Ligue 2 season, scoring twice to lead his team to a 3-1 victory over Red Star in their seventh match of the campaign. The Ivorian international, who has been in scintillating form, now has three goals and an assist to his name this season, as Paris FC asserted their dominance at the summit of the table.

The match, played at Red Star’s home ground, saw Paris FC take control early.

The visitors opened the scoring in the 20th minute, as they pressed Red Star with relentless attacks, finally capitalizing on a defensive lapse.

Krasso played a crucial role in Paris FC’s offensive movements, keeping Red Star’s defense under constant pressure.

However, the hosts quickly responded. Malian striker Doucouré brought Red Star level in the 32nd minute, seizing on a rare defensive error by Paris FC.

His strike momentarily shifted the momentum, as Red Star began to show signs of life after a sluggish start.

But the night belonged to Krasso.

As the first half drew to a close, Paris FC earned a penalty in stoppage time, and Krasso calmly stepped up to restore his team’s lead.

The 45th-minute penalty was struck with precision, leaving the Red Star goalkeeper rooted to the spot as the ball hit the back of the net (1-2).

The second half began with Red Star pushing for another equalizer, but Paris FC remained composed.

In the 57th minute, Krasso once again made his mark.

Latching onto a well-timed pass, he slotted the ball home with a clinical finish, doubling his tally for the night and effectively putting the game beyond Red Star’s reach (1-3).

Krasso’s performance was a masterclass in finishing, as he showcased the form that has made him one of the standout players in Ligue 2 this season.

His brace not only sealed victory for Paris FC but also cemented their place at the top of the league standings with 15 points.

The win was another statement from Paris FC, who have been flying high since the start of the season.

With Krasso leading the line, they have emerged as strong contenders for promotion to Ligue 1.

His consistency and ability to deliver in crucial moments have been instrumental in the team’s success so far.

For Red Star, the defeat was a reminder of the gap they need to close if they are to challenge the top teams in the division.

Despite their best efforts, they were unable to contain Krasso and Paris FC’s dynamic attack.

Paris FC’s next match will see them take on another mid-table opponent, where they will look to extend their lead at the top.

As for Krasso, his early-season form is turning heads, and he will undoubtedly be a key figure as the season progresses.
