Algerian international Jaouen Hadjam has expressed his long-standing ambition to play for Paris Saint-Germain, revealing his connection to the club that he supported since childhood. Currently playing for Swiss side Young Boys Bern, the 20-year-old full-back shared his hopes in an interview with SamFootX, describing PSG as his ultimate dream destination.

Hadjam disclosed his childhood allegiance to PSG, clarifying that his devotion grew over the years, despite once being an admirer of Barcelona.

“When I was little, I had a period during which I was really Barça, and as I grew up, I really became a PSG supporter,” he said.

His deep-rooted support for the Parisian club has only strengthened, he added, highlighting how his Parisian roots played a key role in forming this dream.

Raised in the Paris region, Hadjam addressed the renowned rivalry between PSG and Marseille, stating that he never considered switching his allegiance to the southern club.

“I come from Paris, I grew up in Paris, not Marseille,” he noted, underscoring his connection to the city and his unwavering loyalty to PSG.

His words underline how his loyalty has consistently aligned with the Parisian side and its values, which he hopes to represent on the field one day.

When asked directly about his ultimate goal, Hadjam was firm in his response. “PSG! It’s a goal to go there, to play one day,” he said with evident conviction.

“It’s my childhood club, my dream club, we’re going to work for it, I hope.” His aspirations reflect the influence of PSG on his career trajectory, as he expressed a strong determination to join the club in the future.

For Hadjam, a move to PSG would represent a return to his roots and an opportunity to fulfill a long-held personal ambition.

Whether his dream will materialize remains to be seen, but the Algerian international’s clear vision and commitment to this goal mark him as a player determined to follow a path that leads back to Paris.
