Jamie Leweling: Stuttgart winger linked with Roma move

Stuttgart’s German-Ghanaian winger Jamie Leweling has been linked with a move to Roma, although the potential transfer is currently rated at 6%.

The 25-year-old right winger is under contract with Stuttgart until 30 June 2029 and has a stated market value of €40m. He joined the Bundesliga club permanently from Union Berlin in July 2024 for €6m after spending the previous season on loan at Stuttgart.

Leweling has made one appearance for Germany at the 2026 World Cup, playing eight per cent of the available minutes without scoring or assisting. At club level, he has recorded 19 goals and 21 assists in 142 Bundesliga appearances.

His current spell at Stuttgart has also included a German Cup triumph in the 2024-25 season. The move to Roma would represent a switch from the Bundesliga to Serie A, but there is no indication that an agreement has been reached.

Leweling has played across the Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga, Europa League and Champions League during his career. His European record includes three goals and one assist in 18 Europa League appearances, as well as two goals and one assist in five Champions League matches.

The winger remains a Stuttgart player, with four years still left on his current contract.
