Brentford are exploring a move for Italian-Ghanaian centre-forward Jamal Iddrissou from Inter U23 as they assess attacking options ahead of the new Premier League campaign.

The 18-year-old, who plays as a centre-forward and stands at 1.88m, is currently part of Inter’s U23 set-up in Serie C. He is under contract with the Italian club until 30 June 2030, meaning any deal is likely to require a significant negotiation rather than a cut-price opportunity. His current market valuation is €900,000.

Born in Brescia on 22 September 2007, Iddrissou has progressed through Inter’s youth ranks and recently moved into the U23 squad ahead of the 2026–27 season. He made his name at Under-18 level, finishing as second highest goal scorer in the 2024–25 campaign with 18 goals for Inter Under 18, a return that has drawn attention from clubs outside Italy.

Iddrissou has also tasted early silverware in youth football, being part of the Inter Milan Primavera side that won the Italian Supercoppa at that level in 2025–26, further underlining his status within the club’s development pathway.

Brentford’s interest comes as the Premier League club continue to monitor emerging forwards across Europe, with Iddrissou viewed as a potential addition to their long-term planning in attack rather than an immediate first-team fixture. No agreement is in place, and Inter’s strong contractual position gives them leverage as they look to protect one of the most productive finishers from their recent academy age groups.
