Jagiellonia step up efforts to secure Afimico Pululu on long-term deal
Afimico Pululu could be set to extend his stay at Jagiellonia Białystok after the club submitted a new contract offer aimed at keeping the striker beyond the current agreement.
The Polish side have stepped up their efforts in recent weeks, presenting a revised proposal that would tie the forward to the club until June 2029.
The move represents a significant push to convince the player to commit his future to the team amid growing uncertainty over his next step.
According to Goal.pl, the new offer comes after earlier expectations that Pululu could leave on a free transfer at the end of the season.
The latest development has altered that outlook, with Jagiellonia now determined to avoid losing their leading scorer without receiving a fee.
Club officials are said to view the striker as a key part of their sporting project and are making one final attempt to secure his long-term services.
The offer is also seen as a reflection of his importance to the squad, both in terms of goals and overall contribution.
Pululu has been a central figure for Jagiellonia since 2023, producing consistent performances and playing a decisive role in the club’s recent progress.
His form has made him one of the most influential players in the squad and a key reason for their success in domestic competition.
Despite the renewed proposal, no official response has yet been confirmed from the player’s side.
The situation now leaves Pululu with a major decision to make, weighing the stability of an extended stay in Poland against the possibility of exploring a new challenge elsewhere.
As discussions continue, Jagiellonia remain hopeful that their latest offer will convince the striker to remain at the club for the long term, securing one of their most important players at a crucial stage of his career.
