Manchester United coach Ruben Amorim has disclosed Amad Diallo’s readiness to extend his stay at the club.

The 22-year-old’s current contract with the Red Devils is expected to expire in the summer of 2025.

Diallo has established himself as key member under new manager Ruben Amorim. He registered two assists to propel the club to a resounding 4-0 win over Everton.

His performance has caught the attention of Manchester United, who are determined to hand Diallo a long-term contract.

And Amorim in an interview confirmed Diallo’s readiness to extend his contract with the club.

“I think he wants to stay and we want him to stay. So that is clear and we will find a solution” he said.

The enterprising winger has made 11 appearances in the English Premier League campaign, scoring one goal and serving five assists.

He joined Manchester United during the January transfer window in 2021.
