Ivory Coast forward Jean-Philippe Krasso scores late to rescue Paris FC from defeat in France
Ivory Coast forward Jean-Philippe Krasso emerged as the hero for Paris FC in a crunch French Ligue 1 clash against OGC Nice, scoring late in the game to rescue his side from defeat.
The 28-year-old made substitute appearance as his outfit held Nice to a 1-1 draw in matchday six at the Allianz Riviera. Krasso replaced Adama Camara in 78th-minute and made his presence felt in the game.
The Ivory Coast international needed just ten minutes to announce his presence in the game, scoring a penalty in the 88th-minute to level the scores for the visitors.
Morocco international Sofiane Diop had put Nice in front after netting the opener in the 40th minute. However, the introduction of the Ivory Coast international made the difference, scoring late in the game as both teams settled for a draw.
Krasso has made six appearances in the current French Ligue 1 campaign, netting just a goal across the period.
The Moroccan international on the other side, has also netted just once this season for Nice after six matches into the campaign.
