Young Ivorian midfielder, Ibrahim Fofana, is reportedly considering an exit from Amiens SC during the winter transfer window to secure more playing opportunities.
The 20-year-old, who joined the Ligue 2 side in January 2022, has struggled to break into the starting lineup this season, managing only seven appearances with a total of 17 minutes on the pitch.
With limited playing time, both Fofana and Amiens SC are open to the idea of a departure, whether through a loan or a permanent transfer.
Bastia, another Ligue 2 club, has reportedly expressed interest in acquiring Fofana on a paid loan for the second half of the 2024/25 season.
The midfielder, who previously played for the Ivorian LFA, remains under contract with Amiens until June 2026. His current market value is listed at €100,000 on Transfermarkt.
A move to Bastia or another club could provide the young talent with the platform to develop his skills and gain the game time necessary to fulfill his potential.
The winter transfer window offers an opportunity for Fofana to rejuvenate his career and make an impact in the second division of French football.
