Ivorian midfielder Hamed Junior Traoré is gearing up for the next chapter of his career at Olympique Marseille.
The French Ligue 1 outfit is set to complete the signing of the workaholic midfielder in a move to strengthen their squad.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Traoré will join the Ligue 1 side from Bournemouth in a deal worth €7 million, which also includes a 50% resale clause. The 25-year-old has agreed a contract with Marseille that runs until 2030.
Traoré is no stranger to French football, having impressed last season during a loan spell at Auxerre, where he scored 10 goals and provided 2 assists in 26 appearances.
Marseille see him as a key addition to strengthen their midfield options ahead of the new campaign.
Hamed Junior Traoré’s arrival will provide a major squad boost to the Ligue 1 club as they aim to win a trophy in the 2025/26 football season.
