Ivorian forward Yann Karamoh has completed a loan move to Portuguese giants FC Porto.

Transfer expert Santi Aouna confirmed the 26-year-old winger’s switch, noting that Karamoh turned down interest from clubs in France, Italy, Spain, and Turkey in order to reunite with coach Francesco Farioli.

Karamoh, who has previously featured for Inter Milan, Bordeaux, and Parma, is known for his pace, creativity, and ability to operate across multiple attacking positions.

His versatility is expected to bring an extra edge to Porto’s frontline in the ongoing 2025/26 football season.

Reports suggest the forward rejected more lucrative offers to embrace this new challenge in Portugal.

For Porto, his arrival provides both depth and experience as the club aims for silverware in the Primeira Liga and a strong run in the UEFA Champions League.

He must work hard in training to merit a place in the Porto starting eleven.
