Guéla Doué has drawn the attention of Paris Saint-Germain after a series of strong performances for RC Strasbourg in Ligue 1.
The 23-year-old right-back, who began his career with the Stade Rennais academy, has established himself as an undisputed starter in Strasbourg’s first team.
His defensive solidity, pace, and ability to drive attacks from the flank have made him one of the league’s standout performers in his position.
According to journalist Abdel Hamed, Doué is on PSG’s shortlist for the summer transfer window alongside fellow Ivorian Yan Diomande.
The club is reportedly keen to bolster its squad with young, dynamic talents capable of adding depth to the team’s right flank.
Doué’s rise has attracted interest from several top European clubs. Last summer, Chelsea FC were reportedly monitoring the player, and the Premier League side could renew their pursuit, potentially leveraging their ownership links with RC Strasbourg through BlueCo.
For Doué, a move to PSG would represent a logical step in his career, offering the opportunity to compete for domestic titles and participate in European competitions.
However, interest from other prestigious clubs suggests the summer transfer window could see a competitive race for his signature.
As Ligue 1 leaders look to strengthen key positions, Doué’s combination of athleticism, youth, and attacking potential makes him a particularly attractive prospect for a club aiming to blend experience with emerging talent.
His decision this summer could define the next stage of his professional trajectory.
