Egyptian attacker, Omar Marmoush has assured Manchester City fans of his determination to score more goals for the team.
The talented forward grabbed a treble on Saturday, leading his team to an emphatic 3-0 victory against Newcastle United in the English Premier League.
Speaking in a post-match interview, Omar Marmoush shared his delight and expressed appreciation to his teammates and the coaching staff.
He promised to stay focused on doing well in the upcoming games.
“It was all fast-paced, so I’m really happy to help the team. The most important thing is to get the three points and we did what we could always do. I also have to thank my teammates, my coach, the staff, everyone helped me from the first day in feeling a part of this family. They helped me show my qualities and helped me reach where I reached today.
“It’s just the beginning and we are looking forward to the next games. I’m really happy that I helped the team, but now the game is behind us, we look forward to our next game and start focusing on the next game,” Omar Marmoush said as quoted on the Manchester City website.
Saturday’s hat-trick is the first for Omar Marmoush in his career. He has started life in Manchester City very well and will be expected to keep firing for the side.
