Ishak Belfodil Eyes Move to Turkey Amid Parma Relegation
With Parma on the brink of relegation from Serie A, Algerian forward Ishak Belfodil is reportedly seeking a move away from Italy. The former Inter Milan and Olympique Lyonnais striker has no intention of playing in Serie B next season.
According to multiple reports, Belfodil has already established contact with Trabzonspor, a prominent club in the Turkish Süper Lig. A move to Turkey would offer him continued top-flight football and a fresh challenge away from Italy.
Belfodil, who trained at Lyon and represented France at youth levels before switching allegiance to Algeria, is keen to maintain his international ambitions and competitive edge—something a drop to Serie B could jeopardize.
