Florentin Pogba Linked with AS Roma, Could Join Brother Paul in Serie A
Florentin Pogba, the 24-year-old defender currently at AS Saint-Étienne, is reportedly on AS Roma’s radar. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma and coach Rudi Garcia have recently expressed interest in recruiting the younger Pogba sibling.
Florentin, who debuted professionally with Sedan before joining Saint-Étienne in 2013, has risen in prominence following an injury to his club’s captain, Loïc Perrin. He notably started in a recent match against Paris Saint-Germain.
Unlike his brother Paul Pogba, the Juventus midfielder and French international, Florentin represents Guinea at the international level, despite holding French nationality.
