Issah Kuka joins AC Tripoli as Ghanaian striker makes latest Lebanese move

Ghanaian centre-forward Issah Kuka has joined AC Tripoli from Al-Abbassieh, completing a move within the Lebanese Premier League on 25 August 2026.

The 24-year-old moves to AC Tripoli after one season with Al-Abbassieh, whom he joined from Ghanaian club Vision FC in September 2025. Kuka will continue his career in Lebanon after previously registering 15 appearances and six goals in the Lebanese Premier League.

Kuka stands at 1.85m and plays as a centre-forward. His career record also includes 65 appearances, 14 goals and six assists in the Premier League, as well as 10 appearances, two goals and two assists in Serbia’s Prva liga.

Before moving to Al-Abbassieh, Kuka spent the 2024-25 season with Vision FC after leaving Hearts of Oak. He had joined Hearts of Oak from FC Shkupi, initially on loan in September 2023, before returning when that spell ended in December of the same year.

Kuka’s early senior career also included a loan spell at Real Tamale from Hearts of Oak during the 2021-22 season. He returned to Hearts of Oak in June 2023 before moving to FC Shkupi later that year.

The transfer gives AC Tripoli a Ghanaian striker with experience across leagues in Ghana, Lebanon and Serbia. Kuka’s previous Lebanese Premier League record provides the clearest indication of his experience in the competition, where he scored six times in 15 appearances.

His current market value is €150,000, while his highest recorded value has been €200,000. The move to AC Tripoli was completed on 25 August 2026, with Kuka now continuing his club career in Lebanon.
