Officials of Ismaily SC, led by engineer Nasr Abu El-Hassan, are considering a scenario to dismiss Bassem Morsi, Ahmed Mohsen, and Mohamed Hashem after they were excluded from the plans of the coaching staff, led by coach Ayman Jalal.
Ayman Jalal requested the departure of Bassem Morsi and Ahmed Mohsen from the team, citing no need for their services in the near future.
However, the players refused to leave in January and insisted on staying.
Additionally, Ayman Jalal also sidelined Mohamed Hashem from group training sessions after the player declined to extend his contract with the team, which expires at the end of the current season.
Hashem signed contracts to transfer to Al Masry SC from the new season onwards, further removing him from Ayman Jalal’s plans for the remainder of the season.
Ayman Jalal decided to prohibit the three players from participating in group training sessions with the first team, opting instead for individual training until the end of the season, ruling out their involvement in any upcoming matches for Ismaily.
In other news, Mohsen Abdel-Messih, a board member of Ismaily SC, affirmed that the youth sector is showing noticeable improvement.
He expressed gratitude to all coaches and administrators for enduring the difficult circumstances the club has faced in recent months.
Mohsen Abdel-Messih stated on the official website: “The board of directors succeeded in disbursing all outstanding financial dues to coaches and sector officials, marking a precedent happening for the first time.
Our goal is to establish foundations ensuring the development of youth so that they become professional players benefiting the
first team in the near future through proper education. We have listened to requests and suggestions from some coaches, which will be addressed in the upcoming period.”
