Ismaily confirm plans for 500 fans and outline conditions for match broadcasts

The temporary committee managing Ismaily has announced arrangements for supporters attending upcoming matches and said the club will accept television coverage provided its sponsorship and broadcasting rights are fully protected.

The Egyptian Football Association has approved the admission of 500 supporters, according to an official statement issued by the club’s interim administration. Ismaily said it had also reached an agreement with Tazkarti and the African Company for Security of Matches to organise and secure the process for fans entering the stadium.

The measures are intended to establish a clear framework for supporter access during the club’s forthcoming fixtures, while ensuring that security responsibilities are coordinated between the relevant organisations.

The Ismailia Football Region has contacted the local security directorate to arrange a coordination meeting involving all parties concerned. That meeting will form part of preparations for securing the matches that Ismaily is due to play in the coming period.

The club’s announcement comes as its temporary administration seeks to manage both the practical arrangements for fans and the commercial and media issues surrounding its fixtures. The committee stressed that its priority was to organise attendance properly and preserve Ismaily’s marketing and media rights.

On the broadcasting of matches, the committee said it had no objection to games being televised. It added, however, that any broadcast must take place within an agreed regulatory framework that guarantees the full protection of the club’s rights relating to sponsorship and television coverage.

The statement did not rule out coverage of Ismaily’s matches, but made clear that the club’s commercial interests must be safeguarded before any arrangements are implemented. The committee said the conditions were designed to protect the rights attached to the club’s sponsorship and broadcast agreements.

Ismaily is also considering the launch of its official digital platform, Ismaily App. The project is being examined in cooperation with a group of specialists and supporters, with the proposed application intended to provide a comprehensive interactive service for the club’s fans.

If activated, the app would offer supporters a range of digital services and would also include a feature allowing live streaming of matches in high quality. The committee presented the platform as a way of strengthening the club’s direct connection with its fanbase while expanding the services available to supporters.

The temporary administration concluded its statement by urging Ismaily’s loyal fans to continue backing the team. It said that such support would reflect the heritage of Ismaily and the longstanding identity of the club’s supporters.

The arrangements announced by the committee therefore cover three areas: the admission and security of fans, the conditions governing broadcasts, and the possible development of an official digital service. The club said each part of the plan was being handled with the aim of protecting Ismaily’s interests and supporting the team during the upcoming period.
