FC Sochaux in France is reportedly planning to strengthen its squad by recruiting Algerian international striker Islam Slimani from CR Belouizdad. The club, facing difficulties in the current season in Ligue 1, is looking to bolster its lineup to maintain a competitive position in the French elite league.
Islam Slimani had been linked with potential moves to Le Havre and Nice during the previous summer transfer window. Currently under contract with CR Belouizdad until June 2015, the Algerian striker’s potential transfer to FC Sochaux could be a significant move for both the player and the club.
