Ifeoluwa Adewale Olowoporoku: Nigerian teenager joins IFK Goteborg from Tripple 44 FC
Nigerian attacking midfielder Ifeoluwa Adewale Olowoporoku has joined Swedish side IFK Goteborg from Tripple 44 FC. The 18-year-old completes his move to the Allsvenskan club after developing his game with the Nigerian outfit.
Olowoporoku, who was born in Gbekuba and stands at 1.70m, has been recruited to strengthen Goteborg’s options in the attacking midfield role. The transfer, completed on 15 July 2026, comes as the Swedish club continue to shape their squad for the 2026-27 Allsvenskan campaign.
The move marks Olowoporoku’s first switch to a European club, transitioning from Nigerian football with Tripple 44 FC to Scandinavia’s top flight. His profile as an attack-minded midfielder offers Goteborg an additional creative option between midfield and attack.
The Nigerian joins IFK Goteborg with immediate effect and is now registered with the club for the new season.
