Ibrahima Toure leaves ASWH as Guinea-Netherlands midfielder becomes unattached

Guinea-Netherlands attacking midfielder Ibrahima Toure has left ASWH and is now without a club, ending his time with the Dutch side on 7 September 2026.

The 31-year-old played in midfield during his career and is naturally right-footed. He joined ASWH from fellow Dutch club VV Capelle on 1 July 2025, with that move completed as a free transfer.

Toure’s departure from ASWH follows a career spent largely in the Dutch football system. Before joining Capelle, he played for SteDoCo, whom he joined in January 2024. His senior career also included spells with TOP Oss and FC Dordrecht, while he represented SC Cambuur’s under-21 side.

He has made seven appearances in the Eredivisie and featured 33 times in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie, scoring twice and providing three assists in the Netherlands’ second tier. At lower levels, Toure recorded 69 appearances, five goals and three assists in the Derde Divisie A, as well as 29 appearances and one goal in the Derde Divisie B.

His record also includes 14 KNVB Beker appearances, in which he supplied one assist, while he scored twice in five appearances in the Beloften Preliminary Round and once in four U21 Cup matches in the Netherlands.

Born in Conakry on 1 January 1995, Toure holds Guinean and Dutch nationality. He stands 1.78m tall and has spent his playing career in the Netherlands, progressing from youth football at Dordrecht U19 and Dordrecht U21 into senior football.

Toure’s most recent club was ASWH, after his move there from VV Capelle in 2025. He is now unattached following his departure on 7 September 2026.
