French-Ivorian defender Ibrahim Karamoko targeted by Genoa and RC Lens

French-Ivorian defender Ibrahim Karamoko could be set for another career move this summer, with Genoa and RC Lens reportedly monitoring the Standard Liège centre-back following an impressive season in Belgium.
