Ibrahim Adel starts for FC Nordsjælland against Silkeborg

Egypt international Ibrahim Adel has been named in the starting line-up for FC Nordsjælland’s Danish league match away to Silkeborg on Sunday.

The fixture is the 12th round of the competition, with Adel retaining his place after scoring both of FC Nordsjælland’s goals in Thursday’s UEFA Conference League match against Bulgarian side CSKA Sofia.

The winger joined the starting XI following that performance, in which he played a decisive role for his side.

The former Pyramids player has made 17 appearances for FC Nordsjælland this season. He has scored three goals and provided three assists during that run.

FC Nordsjælland begin the match fourth in the Danish league table on 19 points.

Silkeborg are eighth with 11 points.
