Abdoulaye Touré has underlined his ambition to become a decisive figure at Al Nasr SC after committing his future to the Dubai-based club until 2030.

The Ivorian winger confirmed two weeks ago, via his social media channels, that he had agreed a one-year contract extension, prolonging a stay that began in 2023.

Speaking, the 22-year-old explained that the club’s confidence in him played a decisive role in his decision to continue the journey.

“When a club shows you they believe in you, you can’t remain indifferent. Here, I feel respected, supported, and listened to. That’s essential for a player,” Touré said.

“I enjoy coming to train every day. This environment allows me to work calmly and give my best.”

Since arriving from Giana Erminio Giovanili in Italy, Touré has been gradually establishing himself at Al Nasr.

In three seasons with the club, he has featured in 58 matches, scoring 15 goals and providing six assists.

While those figures reflect steady progress, the winger acknowledges that his adaptation has taken time.

“I knew that adapting would take time. The league is different, the pace too. But match after match, I feel more and more comfortable,” he explained.
“These goals are important for my confidence, but above all for understanding what the club expects from me. I know I can still do much better.”

Touré’s decision to extend his contract is closely tied to what he describes as a clear and structured project at Al Nasr.

The winger believes the club’s ambitions align with his own desire to develop and to make a lasting impact on the pitch.

“The club has a clear project. You can feel a real collective ambition. I want to be part of this project and help the team take the next step,” he said.
“I didn’t come here just to play. I want to be decisive, score goals, help the team win, and leave my mark here.”

The extension also brings increased responsibility, something Touré says he embraces.

With a long-term commitment now in place, he views the coming period as crucial in justifying the trust shown by the club’s management.

“Football taught me patience. Today, I am calmer, more clear-headed. I know that consistency and hard work always pay off,” he added.
“This contract extension is a commitment for me. It pushes me to be even more demanding of myself. When a club trusts you long-term, you have to deliver.”

For Touré, the message is clear.

Settled, motivated and backed by Al Nasr, the Ivorian winger believes the foundations are now in place for the most important chapter of his career so far.

“I’m here for the long haul, to progress and help Al Nasr achieve its goals. The most important thing starts now.”
