Brazilian legend Ronaldinho has heaped praise on French forward of Mauritanian descent, Ousmane Dembele.
According to the global football icon, Dembele has some bit of a Brazilian flair, and has qualities that makes him difficult to defend against.
“I don’t like to compare too much… but there is Ousmane Dembélé at PSG. I like him a lot,” Ronaldinho said.
The former Brazil poster boy continued, “He has a bit of a Brazilian style! He throws you off balance, he is inventive, he provokes, he is often unreadable, and he scores lot of goals, too, exploding in a different role to the one that he had at PSG last year or even before that at Barcelona.”
Ousmane Dembele has been a standout performer for PSG this season, both in the French Ligue 1 and the UEFA Champions League.
This season, Dembele has scored 21 goals and provided five assists after making 26 appearances.
His impressive outing has helped PSG to clinch the French Ligue 1 title with six games left to play.
