Former Ghana assistant coach, George Boateng, has expressed his admiration for Black Stars star Mohammed Kudus, lauding the West Ham United attacker for his exceptional talent and growth as a player.
Speaking in an interview with Tribal Football, Boateng described Kudus as one of Ghana’s most creative attacking players, emphasising his technical prowess and physical strength.
“Regarding Kudus, I think that he is one of the most creative attacking players that Ghana has had, and he is constantly developing. He has a great dribble, so strong physically, powerful, and very technical. He is a very quiet and shy boy, and I have a huge admiration for him,” George Boateng remarked.
Kudus, 23, has been a standout figure for both club and country, showcasing his skill and versatility on the pitch. Since joining West Ham United, he has continued to attract praise for his performances in the English Premier League.
George Boateng, who transitioned into coaching after a successful playing career, worked with Kudus during his time as an assistant coach for the Ghana national team.
With aspirations to take on a head coaching role in the future, Boateng reflects fondly on his experience working with players like Kudus, whose potential continues to shine brightly on the international stage.
