Hyllarion Goore is being linked with a move from Belgian side KAA Gent to Bundesliga club Freiburg, with the likelihood of a transfer currently rated at 26%.
The Ivorian centre-forward, valued at €2.50m, has reportedly attracted interest from the German side as they assess cost-effective attacking options. Transfermarkt data lists Freiburg as a potential destination, though no agreement between the clubs is indicated and no contract details have been made public, underlining the speculative nature of the talks.
Goore, 20, joined Gent from FC Ararat Yerevan during the 2024-25 season and has since seen his market value rise sharply, climbing from €600,000 in March 2025 to €2.50m by December of the same year. That rapid increase reflects how his stock has grown in Belgium’s Jupiler Pro League after an earlier spell in Armenia’s top flight.
With no contract expiry date disclosed, there remains the theoretical possibility that his situation could evolve towards a free-agent scenario if Gent and the player do not eventually formalise a longer-term agreement. For now, however, he remains registered with the Belgian club and any move to Freiburg would require an accord between the parties involved.
Born on 24 August 2005 and standing at 1.83m, Goore operates through the middle as a centre-forward and is listed as right-footed. He came through Bokakokore Academy in Côte d’Ivoire before moving to Ararat Yerevan and then to Gent, a pathway that has taken him from Ivorian youth football to Armenia and on to one of Belgium’s leading sides.
Should a transfer to Freiburg materialise, it would mark the next step in a quickly ascending European career, offering Goore a platform in the Bundesliga to test his potential at a higher level and further shape his reputation as an emerging Ivorian striker.
