Zamalek Club chairman Hussein Labib has resumed his duties at the club’s headquarters on Sunday, following a short medical break granted after undergoing surgery.

Labib’s return was warmly received by members of the board, who expressed relief and satisfaction at his recovery and comeback to the White Castle leadership.

Upon his arrival, the Zamalek president held a series of meetings with board members and senior officials, during which key administrative and football-related matters were discussed as the club continues to manage a crucial phase of the season.

His return comes at a pivotal moment, with Zamalek preparing for a significant Egyptian Premier League encounter against Enppi on Monday evening at Cairo International Stadium, in the fourth round of the title-deciding stage.

The White Knights currently lead the league table with 49 points, holding a five-point advantage over closest challengers Pyramids FC and Al Ahly, as the title race intensifies.
