Hubert Velud, currently the coach of Entente Sétif in Algeria, shared his thoughts on coaching in Africa. Velud, who previously coached the national team of Togo, finds the level of football in Africa interesting and, in some cases, superior to what he had experienced in Morocco and Tunisia. He highlighted the technical abilities of Algerian players and the physical intensity in Algerian football. However, he also emphasized the need for improvement in player training, particularly in tactics.
