South Korean striker Park In-hyuk has heaped praise on Senegalese forward Kalidou Koulibaly, describing him as one of the best defenders in the world.
The striker is expected to start for Gwangju FC when the team takes on Al-Hilal in the AFC Champions League Elite.
Speaking ahead of the match, Park In-hyuk said Kalidou Koulibaly is a world-class defender and coming up against him will be an interesting match-up.
“I’m excited to face Al Hilal. We won the last match against Seoul, and we’re preparing to go to Saudi Arabia in the best possible way.
“If I have the chance, I’ll run at Koulibaly with all my speed and strength. He’s a world-class defender.
“Facing him (Koulibaly) will undoubtedly be difficult, but not impossible. Meeting strong opponents makes us more united as a team,” Park In-hyuk said.
Tomorrow’s clash between Gwangju FC and Al-Hilal will kick off at 4:30 pm at Al-Inma Stadium.
