Henryk Kasperczak is set to become the new coach of the Mali national football team, according to the Media Commission of FEMAFOOT (Malian Football Federation). The Franco-Polish coach has reportedly signed a 15-month contract with the aim of guiding the Eagles through the qualification process for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations. The details of the contract include a monthly salary of 22,000 euros or 14 million FCFA. Kasperczak, who previously coached Mali from 2001 to 2002, is expected to be presented to the press in Bamako on December 30, with his official duties beginning on January 1, 2014.
