Henri Saivet Faces Extended Injury Layoff
Senegalese international Henri Saivet could be sidelined for longer than initially anticipated following a knee injury. Originally expected to be out for just a month, the midfielder’s recovery now looks set to extend well into the new year.
Speaking at a recent press conference, Bordeaux coach Willy Sagnol confirmed the setback. “Henri Saivet is not expected to return to the pitch before 2015,” Sagnol revealed, delivering a blow to both the player and the team.
This prolonged absence will be a significant setback for Saivet as he aims to regain full fitness and continue contributing to both club and country.
