2. Submission Deadline for “PRIZE MONEY” Documentation: Clubs have been given a one-week deadline to submit all necessary documents related to the “PRIZE MONEY” project.
3. Deadline for Annual General Meetings: The committee approved August 15, 2024, as the final date for clubs to hold their annual general meetings.
4. Penalties for Delayed General Meetings: To enforce compliance, the committee proposed a fine of 100,000 dirhams for each month of delay beyond the August 15 deadline for holding annual general meetings.
5. Launch of the “Excellence Cup”: The committee approved the organization of the “Excellence Cup” for the 2024/2025 season.
This new competition is expected to elevate the level of play and provide additional opportunities for clubs to compete.
6. Review of the 2024/2025 INWI Professional League Calendar: The proposed schedule for the upcoming season was examined, ensuring that it meets the operational needs and competitive balance of the league.
7. Financial Incentives for Youth Competitions: The committee approved financial rewards for youth tournaments for the 2023/2024 season, promoting the development of young talent.
8. Amendments to Youth Competition Regulations: Proposed changes to the youth competition regulations for the 2024/2025 season were reviewed, aimed at improving the structure and management of these tournaments.
9. Implementation of the CAF Licensing System: The “CLOP” system introduced by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for club licensing will be activated.
10. Enhanced Financial Incentives for Professional League Rankings: A proposal to increase the financial rewards for final standings in both the first and second divisions of the professional league was presented to the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.
11. Transfer Window Dates: The committee approved the summer transfer window from July 1 to September 19, 2024, and the winter transfer window from January 1 to January 31, 2025.
