Hassania sign Morocco winger Amine Azri on free transfer

Hassania have signed Morocco right winger Amine Azri from RS Berkane on a free transfer, adding the 31-year-old to their squad in the Botola Pro Inwi.

Azri completed the move on 15 September 2026 after leaving Berkane, where he had spent the previous season. He joins Hassania with a market value of €400,000 and becomes the latest step in a career spent in Moroccan football.

The Casablanca-born player is a left-footed right winger who stands 1.83m tall. His experience in the Botola Pro Inwi includes 96 appearances, nine goals and 11 assists. He has also featured in the Moroccan Throne Cup, the CAF Champions League, the CAF Confederation Cup and the Excellence Cup.

Azri’s most recent transfer before joining Hassania came in July 2025, when he moved from RCA Zemamra to RS Berkane for €250,000. He had joined Zemamra from FUS Rabat on a free transfer in August 2024, having previously switched from Mansouria to FUS Rabat without a fee in August 2022.

His record includes five Moroccan Throne Cup appearances, with one goal and one assist, while he scored twice in two Excellence Cup matches. He also contributed one assist in four CAF Confederation Cup appearances and played in the CAF Champions League.

The move keeps Azri in Morocco’s top-flight football structure and returns him to a Botola Pro Inwi club after his season at Berkane. Hassania, his new side, are also known as Hassania d’Agadir.

Azri has now formally joined Hassania as a free agent, completing his transfer from RS Berkane on 15 September 2026.
