Harvey Elliott agrees personal terms with Valencia as Liverpool talks continue

Harvey Elliott has agreed personal terms with Valencia after positive negotiations with the Spanish club, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.

However, no final agreement has yet been reached between Valencia and Liverpool, with discussions continuing over the remaining details of a potential transfer.

Romano reported that Valencia are now negotiating directly with Liverpool in an attempt to complete a deal for the England midfielder. Elliott’s agreement on personal terms represents progress in the proposed move, but the transfer cannot be finalised until the two clubs settle their own arrangements.

The discussions between Valencia and Liverpool remain ongoing, and an agreement between the clubs has not been concluded. The outstanding details are still being negotiated as Valencia seek to bring Elliott to the Spanish club.

Elliott spent last season on loan at Aston Villa before returning to Liverpool for the current campaign. During his temporary spell at Villa, he made 11 appearances and scored once.

The midfielder has made 149 appearances for Liverpool during his career with the club, scoring 15 goals and providing 21 assists. His record at Anfield remains the background to the current negotiations, with his future now the subject of talks between Liverpool and Valencia.
