Harold Moukoudi and Aboubakary Koita start for AEK Athens against LASK in Champions League

The official line-ups have been confirmed for AEK Athens’ UEFA Champions League first-round match against LASK on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, with Cameroon international Harold Moukoudi and Mauritania forward Aboubakary Koita both named in the starting XI.

Moukoudi will begin at the centre of AEK Athens’ defence, while Koita has also been selected for the Greek club’s European fixture against the Austrian side.

The inclusion of both players gives the two African internationals the opportunity to make an impact on a significant Champions League night. Moukoudi will be responsible for helping organise the AEK Athens defence from the heart of the back line, while Koita will feature in the team selected to face LASK.

AEK Athens manager has opted for a starting formation featuring goalkeeper Brignoli behind a four-man defence of Rota, Moukoudi, Relvas and Pilios.

Majer, Marin and Vitalis are included in midfield, with Koita also selected in the supporting attacking positions. Varga and Jovic complete the AEK Athens line-up.
