Hapoel Tel Aviv president arrives in Serbia to seal move for Ghanaian forward Douglas Owusu

Hapoel Tel Aviv president Edmond Safra has arrived in Belgrade to seal a move for Ghanaian forward Douglas Owusu from Red Star Belgrade.

Owusu, who was born in Cape Coast and represents both Ghanaian and Serbian football backgrounds, remains under contract with Red Star Belgrade until 2028.

However, his outstanding performances for the Serbian giants last season have attracted interest from several clubs across Europe, with Hapoel Tel Aviv among those keen to secure his services.

As per reports,Hapoel Tel Aviv have reached an agreement with Red Star Belgrade over the transfer of the talented Ghanaian forward. He will undergo his mandatory medical examination in Serbia before putting pen to paper in the coming days.
