Algerian international Hameur Bouazza, who plays for Racing Santander, was attacked by hooded supporters at his home. The incident occurred a few hours after Racing Santander’s defeat against Sabadell FC in the Spanish League 2. Despite the challenging situation, Bouazza and his family managed to escape in his personal vehicle. The attack is believed to be a result of fans’ dissatisfaction with the team’s recent performance and situation in the league. Although shaken by the incident, Bouazza confirmed that no physical harm was done, and he remains preselected in Vahid Halilhodzic’s list of 40 for the national team.
