Officials of Ghazl El Mahalla Club have successfully secured the signing of Mahmoud Abdel-Aziz, the former player of El Dakhleya and Zamalek, in a bid to strengthen their squad during the current winter transfer window with the aim of promotion to the Premier League.
Mahmoud Abdel-Aziz has inked a deal for two and a half seasons, responding to the desire of Hossam Abdel-Aal, the head coach of Ghazl El Mahalla, to bolster the midfield.
Ghazl El Mahalla has made significant strides in the transfer market, securing seven deals thus far.
These include Nader Ramadan and Ahmed Refaat from Zed, Fares Neymar, a former player of Samannoud and Ittihad El Snblawein, signing for four and a half seasons, Mauritanian player Ahmed Salem, a former player for Laveenah, Tamia, and Haras El Hodoud, committing for three and a half seasons, Islam Magdi from El Obour for three and a half seasons, in addition to Bassem Waleed, the right-back from Wadi Degla, and Brooks, along with the Cameroonian Onana.
In return, Hossam Abdel-Aal approved the departure of Youssef Bebo, a player of Ghazl El Mahalla, to Makadi on a six-month loan, as well as loaning Mahmoud Alaa to Rayya.
Additionally, contracts were mutually terminated with Ali Bessiouny, Abdullah Beka, Magdi Sabry, Ragab Gamal, and Mustafa El Shadly.
