Ghanaian striker Alfred Mensah has made his move to Albanian side KF Vllaznia, as the club looks to reinforce its attacking options.
A statement from the club read: “KF Vllaznia is pleased to announce the signing of the contract with football player Alfred Mensah. The 25-year-old attacker was part of FC Balkani in the first half of the season and from today he is officially part of our team. With him, the club has signed a 6-month contract with the right to extend it for another year. Good luck with the jersey 🔴🔵 #alfredmensah!”
Mensah, a seasoned forward, brings experience from stints at FC Balkani, FK Partizani, and KF Skenderbeu. His versatility and scoring ability will be pivotal as Vllaznia aims to compete at the top level.
Founded in 1919, KF Vllaznia is the oldest football club in Albania and boasts a rich legacy, including nine Albanian Superliga titles and seven national cups. Known for its passionate fan base, the Shkodër-based team has been a cornerstone of Albanian football history, making Mensah’s addition a strategic move to reclaim past glories.
