Ghanaian forward Ragnar Ache’s proposed move to Como from Kaiserslautern hit a snag on transfer deadline day.

Ache, who has been a standout performer for Kaiserslautern in the Bundesliga 2 came close to joining the Serie A club but the move has hit a snag.

Como were keen about securing the services of Ache to bolster their squad following the departure of former Italy international Andrea Belotti to Portuguese club, Benfica.

However, Como could not meet Kaiserslautern’s asking price, derailing the transfer of the German-Ghanaian forward.

Como reportedly offered €10 million to sign Ragnar Ache in the recently concluded.

Ache has racked up 10 goals and provided an assists from 16 appearances in the Bundesliga campaign.

Meanwhile, the enterprising forward’s current contract with Kaiserslautern is expected to expire in the summer of 2026.
