Ghana international, Antoine Semenyo was left frustrated on Tuesday night after his AFC Bournemouth side drew 2-2 with Chelsea in the English Premier League.
The forward started for his team in the game played at Stamford Bright, winning a penalty for his side and scoring an amazing goal to ensure the points were shared at full-time.
Speaking in his post-match interview, Antoine Semenyo said Bournemouth should have bagged all three points.
The inability left the Black Stars forward a bit frustrated.
“As soon as I got the ball I knew how I wanted to shift and strike and I’m really happy with the finish.
“Obviously a goal in the Premier League is nice but I’m a bit frustrated we couldn’t take three points from it,” Antoine Semenyo said as quoted on the website of Bournemouth.
He continued, “I think we should have got something from the home game against Chelsea and we could’ve got three points here, but we take the point and move onto the next one.”
Following his goal against Chelsea on Tuesday night, Antoine Semenyo has now scored six goals and provided two assists in the English Premier League this season.
